AC3 Consulting, LLC is a South Carolina based company specializing in real estate, real estate investment, development and specialty consulting services.

The company is solely owned and operated by Mr. Andrew (Drew) Coffey who has nearly 20 years in the construction, engineering, development and inspection industries and was a founding principal of SUMMIT Engineering, Laboratory & Testing headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.  

Mr. Coffey continues his daily involvement with SUMMIT and with the hundreds of relationships developed during his tenure with the firm - but his passion for real estate and opportunities for additional investments in the real estate industry resulted in the formation of AC3 Consulting, LLC in late 2016.

The company name AC3 originates from the combination of the initials for Andrew and his son Avery and daughter Ashlyn Coffey.
